TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. COVID If you, or a member of your household, are unwell with Covid symptoms, you MUST inform us to cancel or reschedule your cleaning. We cannot carry out work in homes if you or a member of your household is Covid positive.
  2. A minimum of 24 business hour’s notice is required to cancel a cleaning appointment without incurring a $30 cancellation fee. As a courtesy, we will attempt to accommodate alternative dates for your next cleaning service where possible.
  3. Minimum of 2 hours for all weekly/fortnightly/one-off cleans.
  4. We operate between 8.30am – 4.30pm on your regularly scheduled day
  5. Please allow an extra 30 mins, if needed, for your first clean.
  6. Please advise if you do not agree to trainees accompanying our cleaners.
  7. Mileage may apply depending on your location.
  8. Due to health and safety, we are unable to clean mould (shower mould exception), fungus, illegal substance residue, and bodily fluids will not be cleaned. Please ensure these have been removed prior to the cleaning.
  9. Judgement Clean reserves the right to charge a late payment fee of $15.00. Any late payments that require enforcement will result in the Customer incurring all reasonable costs, and debt collection fees be withheld if invoices remain unpaid.
